User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the prompts, scripts, and source materials you submit. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Accounts found submitting harmful, illegal, or abusive content will be suspended without refund. We reserve the right to remove any generated video that violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of videos you export. StrawberryBiscuitAle retains ownership of the platform, its underlying AI models, templates, and codebase. No license to our technology is granted beyond what is necessary to use the service.

Limitation of Liability

StrawberryBiscuitAle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via the platform dashboard.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors and CDN providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party failures.

Data Security

We apply industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption, access controls, and regular audits. Report any security vulnerability to info@strawberrybiscuitale.com immediately.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting info@strawberrybiscuitale.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
